if this is about bfa stuff he said they want to fix the need group mechanics first
right now some bfa raids can not be solo due to need group mechanics.

and by the end of dragonflight they will be fixing it

i did not
with past 2 expansions we are much like a small raid
with 3 were are a raid boss

The totality of what he said is that we were wrong about how the legacy damage buff works and three expansions is when we should feel about as powerful as with the legacy damage buff.

And that strongly implies we’ll never see a damage buff again for anything from BFA onward.

you missed the part on the bfa part is that they need to fix the you need a group mechanics to solo
by time dragonflight is over we will see players solo bfa stuff

No, I did not miss that. Again, the totality of it all. Waiting until the end of the second expansion may as well be 3-xpacs old, especially given his 3-expansion comment.
