I was not a fan of this questline. Where did the “The Kirin Tor have to do better” come from felt very left field, like ya Kel’thuzad was Kirin Tor (one of the examples used in the questline) but by the logic of “X group enabled X bad person” both the Horde and the Alliance should have been dismantled long ago, along with every other faction in the game, then keeping the notes for the manabomb (which makes sense) but since when did another functional manabomb get created? I know during the blue dragon questline you had that group trying to reverse engineer the bomb but that questline never implied they were successful and like I don’t think anyone who was on the council would allow another functional manabomb to just be chilling in Dalaran. Then Aethas being the focal point of this just felt weird, considering past history.
The entire questline just felt, like it was from an alternative history. It felt wrong. Anyone else feel this way or did y’all feel differently?
