The covenants are yawn, same old grindfest but instead of azurite it’s anima. yawn Maybe I’ll come back next expac. Thankfully Cyberpunk is just a few days away.
I can’t be the only one feeling disappointed by this let down of an Expac.

How do you arrive at this conclusion?
Anima grind isn’t infinite, has hard caps, and is pretty easy.
If you’re making the choice to grind the hell out of anima that’s your choice but it’s not something the game is encouraging you to do.

I think it’s better in a lot of ways. There is some crap left, but they’ve largely done away with the worst that BfA had to offer such as AP grinding, the associated gear and warforge/titanforge. While there are some significant issues with the setting and story in Shadowlands, it’s still not nearly as boring as BfA’s setting was.

I am looking forward to Cyberpunk. I’ve got a second ssd coming so I don’t have delete anything from the one I have WoW on. My sub is out in about a week. I’ll probably sub up again sometime in Jan if things look interesting. If Cyberpunk is as goods as it’s looking to be then my next month is covered.
Him: Plays Cyberpunk for 15 minutes like he did classic.
