is there a trinket I can get crafted or made somehow that is half decent ilvl and for ww monk?
im so sick of spamming m+ to get nothing I have done about 50 dungeons and haven’t seen a single trinket (its the last blue I needto upgrade!)

A different pvp one, the on use Agility one is decent imo. but as far as easier/ better, you could get one off AH 400 ilvl sure but its better than That thing.
or take up alchemy and make the Alchemy stone one. granted you would then have to level that up.
Do mechagon, they give you a customizable one. but the best attachment imo requires exalted.
also, make sure the M+ dungeon you run even has a trinket for your spec on the loot table for the dungeon or you will never see one.
is that on use pvp one from the weekly conquest caches?
and what week is it. im only on week 2 atm but someone told me to keep doing conquest caps each week and ill get one

The trinket is one of 4 options. Yes, it should be one of them.
There are 2 solid crarfting trinkets.
First is one from inscription thats is pretty solid. You can buy off AH and dont actually need the prof to use.
Second is the alchemy which is also very good. Down side is you need to level the prof to craft and it requires you to keep tobuse it.

It is from week 4 or something (I just got it 2 weeks ago). Worth noting that if you are behind you can constantly conquest “cap” and keep getting rewards (albeit only one weekly chest). You said you are on week 2, you could, theoretically, grind 1000 conquest and get the trinket right then and there.
The trinket, although only at 425 IL for unranked, can also drop from end of bg or end of arena boxes.
There is a world quest up right now that awards a 420 trinket in Nazmir. You can also do emissaries or just bonus roll on Heroic Raden for much better ones.
Do PVP, PVP drops gear and also is fun.
