you’re thinking of striker’s 4-set bonus from AQ40 which fires off 3 extra kill shots if its not a player controlled target which kind of speaks for itself on why its not enabled in PvP, besides i’m fairly certain the tier 3.5 6-set bonus for the extra multi-shot damage is better anyways.
