Yes as it should be. It was a META spec filled elitist playground.
People dont have to wait forever to get accepted into a group now.
Nor do they have to trudge thru the process of forming their own group only to have it break up after 1 loss.

I think there was maybe a couple dozen teams at its peek… I can get 2s and 3s coping that solp killed there modes ( any day 3 players and solo will ger your mount and your done). I don’t get rbg being affected.

Absolutely not. They brought it back for Cata Classic and nobody plays it. endless queue times. nobody cares.
Wild it took them 14 years to can that awful system.

Whats the difference between rbg and blitz?
Blitz is 8 vs 8 teams, cross faction, increased mount speed on all maps with altered rules and objectives. Also, due to it being rated, groups of 3 or more can’t queue so premades are extremely less likely.

What do you mean all maps?
Is it still the traditional bgs like gulch, or is a world zone like in BFA?
I haven’t tried it yet. You said groups of 3+, so does that mean you can queue with a partner as a duo?
Blitz is a solo queue rated mode.
And yeah. It’s great.
Rated Battlegrounds have always been a crapshoot for groups, people will only stay if they chain-win, which is unlikely to begin with.
And then you have to be meta on top of that.

People that love rbg often cry in the forums for being banned because they should be allowed to say what they want. Blitz people are fairly well adjusted.

It didn’t in prepatch, don’t know about now.
Probably not, they added the unlocks to Blitz rating instead.
Blitz wins do count towards the MT appearance now, yeah.
