What’s going to be bliizards excuse for not communicating with us? “Unwinding” from blizzcon?

Does Blizzard even need an excuse anymore? Who still expects communication? They haven’t communicated effectively with us for years now. Hiding behind scripted Q & A sessions and some limited “AMA” on third party sites. It isn’t going to get better.

Take a look at the forum and how players act. Nearly every time they speak they are threatened, sometimes threatened with irl violence, they are verbally spit on, and they are mocked.
How much communication would you give to a group like that?
I’d give less than what they do.

No outrage here. Just given blizzards track record on “improved communication” I’m just wondering what their excuse is this time.
I’m more impressed blizz had defenders not part of the CCP

Ythisens was one of the most vocal CMs we’ve had and he still got shat on every single time he posted anything here. I don’t expect they’ll put any more effort in on that front.

I swear they always are open to talking to chnese outlets and players but the people that bought their games when they were just getting started? Nah do your best to hide from us.

I’m no communication expert but I’m not convinced that pre-emptively trash-talking the devs is really the best way to invite them to engage in more conversations.

The only dev who ever cared about communication was Ghostcrawler and he left a long time ago.

They (blizzard) basically take the Attitude for themselves shut up…and the forums will stop talking about put what ever outrage at the time here
i do sympathies with them they dam if you do dam if you don’t. But sometimes its just better to say we decided to go with *** outrage cause here*** and lay it out or come on here and say yea he have been Discussin this Internally and trying to get a fix and rework it…

I know I’m not medicated enough to referee all the nerd rage on these forums…
Actually every change Bliz had made was because some portion of the community wanted it.
Most the players who enjoy the lore, expansions and stuff which is the Majority only play the game and never get on the forums.
