Bring back multistrike, vers is trash and only a boring damage boost
I’d gladly take vers all I get is mastery as a ele shamen. Which is their worst stat
grass is greener it seems here.
I grind honor points to get more and more versatile lol. After a horrific AV turtle last night…I don’t it be possible to get even a nightmare mythic 0 pug that could be worse lol.
Why I won’t gear through pvp. My friend grind 10 arenas and all his gear in his vault had massive versatility on it. One piece had 147 versatility and 38 mastery.

Versatility is the top stat for a number of specs.
Can we remove haste instead? Garbage stat.
All of WoW’s secondary stats are pretty boring.
Haste just makes you do things faster
Vers is just a multipler
Crit means sometimes you get big numbers flash.
Mastery is arguable the only interesting stat, and that depends on your spec (for Disc, it’s uninteresting as Grace is just another multipler like Vers).
I like my vers. hiss stay away from it.
Junk stat? Oh bless your good heart. You’ll have horrible time in pvp I tell you hwhat.
I thought crit was the multiplier of your damage and vers makes you hit hard and take less damage? Asking for a friend.
What makes Multistrike any different than Crit for 95% of specs (other than multistrikes not proccing things that are procced by crits)?
I don’t think it’s a stat we need to bring back. It works just fine as Ele Shaman mastery.
That said, I don’t really see a difference between Versatility and most specs’ Masteries. They both end up being flat damage increases. Meanwhile Haste reduces cooldowns / GCDs which make rotations flow better and Crit triggers a ton of proc based abilities for many specs on top of being the standard format for “chance for extra damage” across all of gaming.
But at the same time, you could argue that Primary Stats are the same thing as Mastery/Vers too. Flat damage increase with no real direct interaction.
I wouldn’t want stats to be reduced to Primary - Haste - Crit though either.
How would you guys set up secondary stats without being redundant about it?
Multistrike could be an interesting stat IF it triggered additional effects from abilities as well as the flat damage, but it’d likely become a balancing nightmare if it allowed for that.
But then they’d have to give us our passive defenses back instead of making us chase this stupid stat all expansion to survive BS oneshot AoEs in Tyrannical M+ keys
Vers is the best stat for pvp.
They should just make it a pvp exclusive stat at this point

I love versatility, but as a Rogue I’m biased.
Mastery sucks though. No matter how much of the other stats I stack, mastery is always dead last in weight.
Ventunax’s stuff is entirely dodgeable.
