Top parsing class averages mean nothing. Any class/spec works perfectly fine. Some are played more than others and all it means is min-maxing.
It seems like you’re having more of an existential crisis. Just find a guild and play with them and play what you enjoy.
In other words, the top 3 overall DPS is 3 locks rn. If you made a lock, that doesn’t mean you will be there. You playing a shaman, isn’t your problem. You are your own problem.

He laughed, farted and turned his Darth sideus looking self too me and proceeded to cast another unlimited powwwweeerrr which flatlined me into the shadow realm. No, shamans shouldn’t have a no set up insta kill, no class should if you should have a way to stop the casting and also one shot him then unfortunately you die
Horde Premades: Lose to Alliance premades, steamroll pugs. Face 5 premades for every pug. It was a miserable experience.

Alliance had server celebrities. The same players forming groups wayyyyyy past exalted. I can think of 5-6 names I saw from November to February in every other premade no matter what alt I was getting rep for or when, be it 3Am or 7AM. Takelsd for example must have gotten a million KBs in phase 1. He was always in WSG, whether I was in a premade or pug. And he’s just one of them. Horde doesn’t have anything like that. Horde didn’t have litteral discords for Ashenvale. Alliance vs Horde shouldn’t be as different as it is.
I actually thought I was losing my mind so I made an Alliance on another server to see if it’s just bias or actually a completely different player base on the other side. Even early on when Horde had at max a raid FP summon, Alliance were selling summons ALL OVER THE WORLD. I mean even locks selling summons to EVERY FP. Every single one, locks in Sithilus selling FP summons to level 25s. People whispering me in Westfall selling BODYGUARD services for 5g/ hr. Never heard of this is my entire life. Made so much sense why every time I went to Stonetalon Alliance were in groups of 5 opening on every solo horde player to walk by literally any choke point. Coordinated groups farming Horde at Tauren Mill 24/7. Yeah Horde go off on their own and gank wherever like Redridge too, but Alliance have a different mentality, always in groups/ voice calls. And with enough demand to sell the things Horde do when bored as serious services people actively seek out. If I showed up to a rare spawn anywhere, and ONE alliance was around it was a matter of minutes before 4-5 more show up in the same guild. If you asked for that kind of help on Horde, you’d literally start hearing crickets. No one is free enough to stand around for a rare that might not even spawn today, but Alliance has hundreds of people more than willing to stand around for 5g/ hr or for free just to PvP.
If these things sound normal to you, you don’t realize how different it is being Horde and how little it means anything to call Shamans OP, when your entire faction, community of try hards, and control over devs is OP. To the extent that there’s people in discords right now coordinating Anti-Shaman propaganda for the forums… because this is actually political to them.

All I’d ask for is some pvp utility instead of raw stat checking. Because without trinket and a speed potion there’s literally no way to engage a spriest in the open world.
Yes, 2H enhance still needs a lot more buffs. As it is now its still the worst melee in the game in PVE and a complete casino in PVP.
Perhaps give WF a 40% chance to proc to be in line with other melee. Considering not only are they better than us baseline, BUT we also give THEM windfury too.
Speak for yourself. Have you even tried 2H enhance in PVE? After all the “help” and “buffs” they got?
