am in my 60s not tech minded playing since 2004 come into play shadowlands need a patch!!! damn thing says cant patch while burning crusade is something grrrrrrrrrrrr Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8, this is sort of thing that makes me hunt for a new game

got no answer here so heres what i did i wiped out wow and reinstall did not work then i wiped out my whole computer in a hissy fit 
reinstall everything and its working again, seriously i know this was a bliz problem but i do not have the patience to wait weeks for a answer, i should add i looked at what bliz said to do dident understand it, as i said def not tech minded but at least i can play again …thanks tech support for your fast answers !!!
