You’re speaker of the Horde? as a Zandalar Insert class…This makes zero sense…and its not like you can ignore doing the quests, Because you have to do them to unlock Loa’s for your Racial.

Actually that’s incorrect. You can talk to a guard and they will direct you to specific Loa shrines for your racial. They are different than the ones you unlock in questing. Just a heads up for you.

When i went to the Loa shrines (the correct ones) I could not select Shines that i’ve not completed for the Quests yet

Yeap, just checked it again to make sure I was correct… You cannot select the Loa Shrine unless you did the quests associated with it.

Most of WoWs chronology for you.
Every new player starts in The Cataclysm, at 60 they get to choose to go to Wrath or TBC which is before The Cataclysm.
Then at 80 they can go back to Cataclysm… yea, it’s messy. I wouldn’t mind a 2nd world revamp, if I wasn’t reminded of what happened the last time they did. So much of Cataclysm development seemed dedicated to the revamp.

Started in TBC where Draenei and blood elf zones are in TBC time, but you still have to do vanilla zones to get to level 58 in order to do TBC zones.
Don’t get me started on the infamous “ARE YOU BITTEN” Grizzly hills moment when you are a worgen.
