Yeah in which case we can just assume the answer is no.
Yet to see any of the technologically advanced races develop any high tech modern medical equipment like don’t even have Hospitals.
Why would the draenei, a race where even their simplest, most brutish warrior meat-head, can cast a healing spell, waste time and resources on so called modern medicine.

Sooo we had A Hospital but not anymore?
In that case why on earth are we focusing on growing the Night Elves another giant Fire Hazard for a Dragon to sneeze on and accidentally burn down? Should be out building hospitals for all the people of Azeroth so they can get proper medical care.

If not that’s OK. She has Thrall and probably a dozen other men lining up for her.
Personally I didn’t like them in a relationship, however enjoyed them as close-friends.
Honestly the game (along with a lot of todays TV-shows) needs a lot more of that — Two opposing sexes that are close but don’t get shoehorned into a relationship or force a sexual tension story between them.
