So I've decided to work on Legion Pathfinder

The insulting part is finding quests that give no rep

WoD’s PF can literally be bought.

Medallion of the Legionfall. 1k rep with WoD factions.

But still, Pathfinder in general (and the reason why PF still exists for old expacs) is nothing more than to bolster maus/time played metrics. Games terrible now.

It’s a lot less tedious than grinding for WoD PF, that I can tell.

Retroactively learning WoD PF is like having a rotten tooth but no professional to treat you so you’re forced to go back to college, lean orthodontics after 3-4+ years or excruciating toothache so you can do it yourself.

Because they are pretty darn easy to get, compared to anything else in the game.

My Hunter banged out WoD, when bored in Legion at content timegates; It took her under two weeks (this was from DEAD ZERO with WoD, since we skipped that expansion mostly (coming back for Legion) ), also getting her Exalted to Wrynn’s Vanguard (with an additional 45 K gold Medallion of the Legion, after spending 65 K gold to get WoD Pathfinder.) She was SO glad she did that, since afterwards Ashran went bye bye and Medallion of the Legion no longer gave rep with Wrynn’s.

She actually DID find it fun. WoD’s was kind of different, the only hard part was the rep with Saber dudes but you can buy that (with Medallion of the Legion.) Most of the other reps were pretty high, after doing the required quest stuff. I barely STARTED grinding saber dude rep, then read about buying Medallion of the Legion instead

One thing she did was read the Wowhead comments, regarding the quests required to JUST get the part of WoD pathfinder in that zone. For example, a thread might list a tree of 95 quests you had to do. Then some other guy would chime in, that in testing you actually only HAVE to do “these 40 quests”, jumping around a bit, to get the Pathfinder requirement for that zone. As you can imagine, that makes it WAY easier.

The treasure requirement, for WoD Pathfinder, was also kind of fun. Any i got stuck on had solutions on Wowhead (what to jump down from, or what not, to reach the treasure.)

It also made me really appreciate Legion Pathfinder, which was pretty easy really (except I think I had to do that one LFR, if I recall…)
