No warchiefs ever again. The horde will run via a council system as it should have been from the start.
There is dialogue to prove a council system. Each race of the horde will have a representative for the council.
Gally ran off so gazzlowe is the new goblin leader.
But gally should gave been drowned by his own peoplle back in cata in the nooby zone. He pulled so much bs. And thrall being the usual smuck he is let him live and stay in charge.

Yes there is when tyrande is asked to sign the armistance. Anduin says the horde is making a council system and no more warchiefs.
Thrall asks about gally. Gasslowe says he ran off and he still has spies. So gasslowe is gonna take over the goblins at thralls request and buyout gallies spies.

I’ve decided that I like you.
The warchief position should have been dissolved a long time ago. It only ever served to create ‘tension’ when the warchief could do whatever they wanted. That might help Blizzard bad story writing but it’s not very realistic.
Also the way of challenging a warchief for their position was so incredibly stupid and primitive. Whoever can melee fight their way to victory gets to lead. Oh, but wait. Every one we’ve witnessed in lore has involved cheating. Gul’dan used magic, Cairne was poisoned, thrall used magic, Sylvanus used magic. There was cheating in all of them and in all of them they got away with it. The concept is stupid but it was never done properly anyways.

And technically using magic in a duel isn’t cheating flat out. When the challenge is set its a free for all 1vs 1. Extra conditions and limits of what can be used must be stated and agreed upon at the moment of the challange.
The only duel which the combatents agreed to any special limits was gary vs cairne. And they where each allowed 1 weapon with a blessing. No armor. 1vs1 to the death.
Gary didn’t know his blessing was poison. So It’s not completely his fault. But gary never should have been pulled from nagrand by yhrall to begin with.
