So is the Tarecgosa mount warbound or not? Toons with legendary cant use it

Long story short, my druid has the Tarecgosa mount, the actual mount from doing the quest chain. I have seen multiple people say their alts with the staff can ride the mount even if they haven’t done the chain.

I just checked I have three alts who have the staff, the achievement but haven’t done the chain so I can’t use the mount. Am I doing something wrong or are those other people making it up?

Those other people are making it up.

If you want to use Tarecgosa’s Visage on other characters you need to unlock the legendary on them and have completed the Blue Dragonflight questline from DF.
