I am trying to figure this out as well.

I heard that the original war campaign needs to be finished as well as some additional questlines to unlock the Earthen but I am not sure anymore.

Doesn’t seem to be locked in EA. I could be wrong and missing something though.

There are quests that are part of the unlock requirement that you can do during Early Access, but you cannot fully unlock them during Early Access.
