I’m just wondering if we are going to get any additional PVE balancing or are the bottom barrel classes just going to languish there?
probably, blizz is not very good at balancing anything. not like they have had like 15 years of experience or anything…

I hope not. My damage needs to be buffed by like 3%.
Expect minor incremental updates or nothing until the next raid tier, some classes go a whole xpac with no changes so…yeah, if you’re screwed now you’re probably going to stay screwed.

Very obviously there will be balancing after the Holidays.
Balancing is never done. It’s an eternally constant back and forth tinkering. But what happens and when and how is only known to the dev gods. 
It probably won’t happen until 9.2 or 9.3 go live considering the current state of this game.
Is the class balance the worst its ever been in the history of the game? Yes
Is Bliz going to do anything about it at this point? No.

Might not be the history of the game… But balance at launch in my opinion is the worst its been since MoP
Edit: As an FYI I wasn’t here for the launch of MoP so I have no clue what it was like…
