I think Sstorm could probably make that adjustment. We also now offer a foam Crusader pillow where you can scream into every time you’re rejected by a Tinder match.

na, im just tryin to get to 1400 like i said, and have repeatedly come across said comp. its frustrating to be sure, but i came to the forums, on the arena page, to make a silly post about it, and you go in with the personal attacks. did i hit close to home?
once again, feel free to point out how bad i am. i agree. im terribad.

I don’t think you’re bad. It’s not fun, and you’re clearly a good sport. The season is pushing a lot of players away rather than making them enjoy arena. I also totally understand the frustration at lower brackets involved with ret/prot. There are several Paladin mechanics that even I don’t agree with at this point.
If I was ally, I’d gladly get you there. Keep at it, I sincerely hope Blizzard fixes a variety of different things in this game. I really feel like it’s driving the player base lower.

ty. that was nice of you to say. yeah, word of glory doesn’t seem to be affected by diminishing returns. ive lost so many games where i repeatedly get them to like 2 percent only for them to full heal. ty for being a good forum sport.

There are many Paladin’s on this forum that would trade WoG healing for more consistent defensive tools. Unfortunately, Paladin design is an absolute mess, and Ret specifically is either a god or a dumpster due to this.
The one positive I can say is, at least Blizzard is tuning with more moderation. They would fine tune classes with a hammer and not a wrench. One tuning pass would destroy a class, and make other ones insane. I hope they continue this trend, and it will alleviate some of the frustrations on players.

I don’t know much about resto sham, but do you use any addons like omnibar to track kicks?
Also learning enemy offensive and defensive cds and learning to trade them better.
Making arena123 and party123 (or focus modifier) macros helped me lot on my casters especially. Took some getting used to, but once adjusted helped a ton.
Like having heals on party so you don’t have to select or mouse over your target, and same with things like hex so you can still be targeting whomever and hexing the other target.
If none of this is new, my apologies. I too am not very good, but the above things helped me improve.
sorry, rshammi is my forum guy. cant hit 1400 on him, but who i mainly pvp on is a bm/mm hunter. and no i dont have that addon. for my shammi i do mousover macros
Omnibar can be used to track any cd.
There’s some good hunters around the forums that could hopefully help.
Setting up a focus / arena123 countershot macro is good (don’t know enough about hunters - I guess intimidation too for bm right?)
Hunter seems in a weird spot right now.
Keep trucking though. I’m rooting for you (but not your inescapable bm pets that don’t let me get a restealth)
i do have focus cast macros though for /interrupts for my shami and my hunter
i will switch to my hunter so you can see what im workin with

this is my hunter. as geared as i can get him via arena. i am conquest and honor capped, and no where to go unless i advance through the ranks
Playing Prot/Ret or any of the strong specs/comps won’t get you an automatic 1800 or even 1600. It’ll make getting over the 1400-1500 meme wall a little easier but that’s about it. Learn your class, other classes, positioning, DR, CC chains, watch pro streams, etc.
what is cupid? is that ret bm?
I played bm for 15 years. I only swapped to Ret last season after the pet rez change. However, Hog posts frequently on these forums, and typically will provide BM guidance to anyone who asks. He can probably give you some pointers.
