Your choice of races is Human or Orcs? I watched some vids today and every one said you were pretty much gimping yourself if your class was available to those two and you picked another race. How did this happen?

How did what happen? Oh, you mean the entire sheep playerbase who follows everyone? Kinda like how everyone rolled Human in Wrath because the top players did?
It’s almost like, if we stopped worrying about what others thought we might enjoy this game more or something.

He’s right. Those racials won’t make you any better if your an average player.
Only the best of the best need to squeeze any possible flaw out. Some Olympic gold medals have been won within Milliseconds. Bad players just use the strategies of professionals to justify their bad play style.
If you accept you can always get better and actually focus on improving, you may stop worrying about little things like racials.

But you agree the best choice is Human or Orc if they can be that class though? And I’m having fun leveling my first Alliance character a Human monk btw.
Only if you’re trying to go for #1 then sure.
Hasn’t it been that way for years now though?
People just swapping back and forth between Orc and Human because breaking or reducing CC is the most powerful tool in PvP.

He seems, in general, to believe anything that confirms his own biases. Was in a thread with him earlier for a while and he’s not open to thoughts thay contradict his own.

Im 2400 on my other account and never really cared. It’s really not that big of deal.
Don’t listen to that guy it’s a gross misrepresentation of what was happening in that thread. You can read my post history to see how polite and thoughtful I am.
Nothing happened besides a gullible individual allowed information thats not accurate into their brain.
Stop watching videos that boil all the options down to “The best pick” and “Absolute unplayable garbage” and this problem goes away.

I said like 6 times in that thread I’m not a guy. But just prove my point that you ignore anything thay doesn’t confirm your biases.
Idk man I havent really played since Pandas. In Classic for example you could choose and Orc or Undead to be a Warlock like me and they both have their strengths against certain classes. It seems odd that we would be this far in to the lifespan of the game and they would have a racial superiority problem in WoW.
I don’t think racials matter nearly as much in Shadowlands as they did in Classic. Would take those videos with a grain of salt. There is always a situational best, but I don’t think required by any means.
