Li Li is actually an adult with stunted growth and just pretends to be Chen’s niece. It explains why she’s a remorseless killer in HotS and killable in that game.

Now that I think about, Lili is probably the first child you can kill in any Blizzard game.
HotS just seems to have a more relaxed attitude about it than their other games. You can also play as and kill Orphea(damn you Shakespeare) even though she’s more of a humanoid abomination than a child.
How quickly we forget about Timmy.

As far as I recalled we killed undead timmy which in a way is not the same thing.
I mean Wrathion is altogether weird, his entire existence as uncorrupted is the result of a one off experiment that left him with the intellect of an adult from birth. Soooo… not the best guy to measure things against.
It’s debatable really. She was a tween around the time of Cata, and that was years ago, but even up to Legion they had her with the same model and personality from back in MoP.
It’s not like we know how Pandaren age anyway, but I’d bet the writers really just don’t pay attention to years passing on the timeline all that much.

That was the the entire point of the badlands quest chain creating an uncorrupted blsck dragon.

That could be magni whose existence is now tied to the earth. Wration has thus far actully shown little connection to the earth but you want to know a black dragon that has ebonhorn. He is a shaman his powers are drawn from the elements of the world the earth.
