I think Warlocks should get the same treatment as Demon Hunters with demonic customization options. I’d love to get Fel green as an option for the Nightborne’s glowing hands or the Dark Iron’s fiery hair.
Might be easier to offer the warlocks are related to the Grimtotem and give the tauren that paint.

Good alternative from HMT with Feltotem customisations, would be to give Lightforged Draenei some lightforged demon customisations and light visuals with their spells. 
At least that’s the way I’d go about it.
Personally I think with the new ‘Demon Customisations’ coming forth – They should all have a racial customisation along with the other customisations they’re planning, something that makes a token reference to the particular race you’re playing – Emphasise race identity with the class & all.
