The Chaos Emeralds, Infinity Stones, whatever else you want to call them…

I blame Marvel for it… but I immediately thought back to Ulduar and the other planets we saw in there… Further thinking reminded me of all the shutdown Dark Portals that exist in Outland and even Alternate Draenor. This of course came from the original thoughts of an expansion based around trying to recover these stones and use them for some purpose. Like… isn’t speculation currently looking at a Light themed expansion or at the very least putting the next big bad as light instead of Fel, Void, or Death? These were gems that originally came from the Naaru and therefore the light. Is Light Thanos the next big boss?

So… what would you think about such an expansion, Traveling the other planets of WoW? Meeting entirely new races that don’t piss you off by suddenly existing in a world in which they never existed before…

I’m not aware there are a WoW’s version of the “Chaos Emerald/Infinity Stones”. Can you describe what they are, OP?
EDIT: Do you mean the Ata’mal crystals?

Probably Light Elune after Tyrande gets wounded.

Yes, pretty much all 7 crystals have been lost to time if I’m not mistaken. Last seen on Draenor… so… make it farm more likely that they were scatter to different worlds.

Eye of the Storm, Fortune’s Smile, and Shield of the Naaru are presumably still in Velen’s possession after the fall of Shattrath.
Spirit’s Song was delivered by Nexus-Prince Haramad to the Naaru A’dal.
Heart of Fury is currently in the possession of the Fel Orcs in Shadowmoon Valley.
Brilliant Star and Leafshadow current location are unknown but somewhere on Outland.

So 5 are unaccounted for, 1 is in the hand of the light already, and 1 is presumably on outland… in territory that we have been throught, with an enemy that has been beaten, and where deathwing’s mate was?

Three are supposedly in Velen’s possession, but in all the years he has been in the alliance he has never brought any of them up, for any reason, and never used them.

At this point I’d say it is safer call that they were left on Draenor when the Draenei fled from there as well. Especially considering they were being looked for.

Whelp doing some research learned the Heart of Fury isn’t with the Fel Orcs but with us the Adventurers in [Medallion of Karabor]
