I get a quest to go to Silithus, I get my HoA from Magni like I’m just starting BFA. After that, nothing. No quest, the portal to Boralus isn’t there yet. I get back to Boralus, and nothing there either. I can unlock WQs, but there’s no war campaign so I can’t use the mission table to train Alleria perks. I can’t go to Nazjatar or Mechagon.
What exactly is the plan for new 50s that didn’t level in BFA?
It’s a crazy mess, you have to basically go get the quest to activate WQ’s and then start half of the war campaign (basically discover the 3 enemy maps) to get Magni to give you the right quest for the HoA and then jump back to get the crumble to Najz to upgrade to essences and then come back and start the cloak.
And almost everything will two-shot you on the way to do all that…
Where can I even start the war campaign? There’s no quests on the boat in Boralus. There’s a marker on the map for “What You May Regret”, but Cyrus isn’t in the Harbormaster’s Office.
Have you picked a section of Zuldazar to explore on the table map?
Nope, the table in front of Halford does nothing.
Same exact issue here on my shaman. I just went to the boat and unlocked world quests but I can not progress any further. I had to open a ticket about it. I tried to go back to Magni to see if he had the quest to progress and I’m locked out of the Chamber of the Heart.
We literally can not get that far in the chain. The chain isn’t there. We can only talk to halford and unlock world quests.
It sounds like you may either be bugged, or there is some quest in your log that’s causing a phasing conflict. I leveled a character through BfA and was able to start the usual end-game progression stuff the same as I had been doing since 8.3. The only exception being that the scenario to transport MOTHER from Uldir to the Chamber of Heart has mysteriously returned.
Definitely think it is a bug, I have no other quests in my quest journal. I leveled through Legion so Idk what to do lol
Is there some way to deactivate Chromie time? Maybe that’s stuck on, or something?
Doesn’t look like it. I went back to Chromie to see if I had to exit Chromie time and she just tells me that the issue in Icecrown requires my attention and that the future of Azeroth is in my hands.
why do I get the feeling we are ALL going to hate Chromies guts soon enough, lol
hmm… I guess that’s referring to the pre-Shadowlands stuff that’s going to be coming soon. Maybe it’s flagging you to start that, but since it’s not in the game you’re getting stuck.

Did you try logging in and out?
Sometimes you have to do that to get the pop-up quests.

I’ve logged in and out. I wonder if it has to do with starting in Teldrassil instead of Exile’s Reach. Or not questing in BFA. I pretty much went all around the map except for BFA.
How did you get to BfA in the first place? Did you do/skip the scenario with Jaina, or take the tour of Boralus with Taelia?
I just went there via the SW portal. I didn’t do a scenario or tour.
That might be it, then. Try going to the SW keep and seeing if there’s a quest to start the Jaina stuff.
