Alliance locks on the pvp servers open up from time to time. You just gotta keep checking. Try off hours late at night.
Thats odd. Its been my experience that horde are out pvping the alliance, and im speaking as a horde player. It feels lobsided in our favor but i suppose thats because alliance dont actually pvp and clog up the ratio sitting in SW while the pvpers are getting gankt on and dont have the numbers because its a locked server. Sucks to suck

It’s rather accurate that at many points of the day, yes, all of them are locked.
