So how many Toghast runs did it take

I don’t go to the Maw or Torghast unless required to by a quest.

Like 1 or 2 runs in.
I don’t like roguelike style gameplay and I wish it wasn’t in wow.

None because I still do Torghast even if for nothing

About 2-3 runs.

I love rogue like games. Choreghast isn’t rogue like. It’s a clone in an MMO so it doesn’t work at all. I’ve got no way to be more powerful from it every time I restart.

It was pretty quick I remember that.

I haven’t run Torghast or been to the maw in weeks haha

idk about that. Shadow is one of the strongest specs in torgh im pretty sure. The power ups are mostly all useful. Level 1 and 2 definitely feel terrible there after that last 6 or 16 floors depending if ur doing twisted breeze by.

I don’t hate Torghast, even though I don’t run it any more. Worst part of torghast is how unrewarding it is. Why waste all that time for nothing gained?

None, watching it on the alpha and beta in any variety made me know it wouldn’t be fun. Confirmed it myself in the first week.

How many licks to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?

One

Two

crunch

Two licks.

Before you hated it?

I think hate is too strong a word but it took one run before I realized this wasn’t going to be as fun as it was built up to be, nor rewarding in any real sense.

At least the Islands you could use to level up with and get real rewards. Torghast is just… a little minigame in the middle of WoW that pays off in special currency you can use for one item.

I don’t hate it

It’s easy on my Druid. Just a chore really.

I dont bother on my alts unless friends want to go.

I think it’s kind of fun, when I get good powers. Sucks when I don’t though

It is much less boring and unpleasant if you go in with friends, I agree

I’m still enjoying it. Though part of the fun is doing it on different classes to see the powers. Druid best so far, btw.

I can’t wait until we get new powers in there, though.

I love Torghast personally. Its chill, its easy, the powers make it fun. Guess I’m just on a class with good anima, idk.

Twisting Corridors really did it for me. I semi-liked it before… But man… Finishing the 8 layers really drove a stake in it for me.

I barely ever go now.

Hated it immediately on my priest, when i switched back to DH i was amazed at how painless it was.

It’s also just always better with friends

I don’t hate it at all. I just want them to implement a reward system for it.

Although I certainly wouldn’t say no to more variety.

The new car smell of it wore off quickly. I i actually enjoyed TC though just because it was a bit of a challenge.

I don’t hate torghast, but it is pretty mediocre content. It’s an hour’s worth of content per week at best, but the roguelike design of it has failed entirely.

I vastly prefer Torghast to the umpteenth run through HoA. At least there is some variety to the maps.

It was in the first week it was live. When you had to clear each level up to 3. After 6 times, I was just flabbergasted. It is a horribly unrewarding experience. And this was on my ele shaman, who can get some wacky builds rolling.

Then I started doing it on this priest… The anima powers are terrible for priests. There are none for shadow/disc/holy. All general priest spells. It feels terrible to run it on a priest.

The floors are too linear. The mobs too similar. The RNG difficulty is unfun rather than challenging. Basically you just want to take every HP and survival power you come across. And the DPS ones when there isnt a survival one.
