As a 2k player here pretty much every team around 2150mmr has a destro lock on it. I just find it hard to believe that there are that many destro locks out there. I remember seeing a wow class representation survey 2 years ago or so and locks/monk are the least played classes in the entire game. This is also evident with how I rarely have locks apply to my M+ groups or even my old xmog/mount farming runs (it’s such a pain not having lock summon). So I feel like it’s just a bunch of people in the pvp community who all play lock on the side, and don’t even queue on their main anymore.
I have a lock i would love to play but kinda lost interest sense they lost their execute. I got him to 120 at BFA launch and have not played him sense.
I haven’t leveled my warlock because I don’t want to be tempted.
My lock is for strictly playing with friends at lower MMR because I more people to know the fear of <1 sec 200k chaos bolts.
People play what is strong/overpowered. It’s always been like that throughout every expansion, go look at vanilla and you’ll see that warrior and mage are literally 35% of the total population
This is false… you can’t have under 1 second bolts and 200k damage… check your facts.

But I’ve seen it. It was a 205k bolt- My warrior got hit by one from a lock named Printwarlock-Azralon
54% haste 60% mastery. This was before vers nerfs and I had 35% vers with no profs
Really not enjoyable to me to play specs that are expected to do well which is why I stopped playing my Destro months ago. It’s usually only players that are desperate for some kind of success who jump to an OP spec to exploit it and yeah there’s plenty of those kinds of people in the game unfortunately.
Actually impossible to have that stat line unless it’s during a lucky string of procs… check your facts…

I main warlock, I have for a long time. I would rather play affliction though, but its terrible, and we’re forced to play destro 
No he’s not lmao. You just said that stat line up is impossible. 4 warlocks in my guild alone can have that setup right now. There are tons of locks running builds like this in arena.

Its not that difficult to have those stats with the haste corruptions, and stacking haste & mastery gear. I’ve got 46% haste & 60% mastery on mine and I’m still missing 1 or 2 haste corruptions.
Even if they are at 50% haste chaos bolt isn’t under 1 second…
No. I would never, ever play the warlock class. For any reason whatsoever. There is nothing appealing to me about warlock except for the unique way that they can self-heal. Other than that, yeah… no.
