I wish there was another way to earn these rewards. This isn’t the kind of game I want to play, but apparently this is what I have to suffer through if I want any of my plate classes to be able to have an eyepatch.

SO I made renown 3, yay, but where do you get the rewards? I hate pvp but I want the mogs and stuff so I will suffer through it, but I have not been able to find where to get the renowned level rewards.
I think it’s about an hour per rank so 40 hours total which for me would amount to 3 weeks since I don’t have more than 2 hours per day to do this, not that I would want to even if I did, LOL! I just don’t think I am gonna engage with this at all unless they change how it works, which they should given the massive backlash.

It’s a crap Fortnite knockoff. It is genuinely not fun. Especially for those that dislike this immature genre.

it’s random per match. it shows up on the side of the screen where your quest log normally is

just run and hide like a rat and scrounge as much plunder as you can while doing the quest
Adding fomo pve rewards to a PVP game is so that PVE bads will queue up as fodder for the people that only eat sleep and breathe pvp at all times.
If you’re trying to farm rep, blizzard literally made you fodder for these people. This is a pvp masked as a rep grind so that pvp bros could farm you.
Give it less than 24 hours before people like ziko, zaryu, soda, etc all the hardcore tryhard pvpbros (which no hate, I acutally like zar and ziko a lot) but you are fodder for content.
There will be clips of you on youtube getting “perfect combo’ed” with the most op setup of abilities, and it’ll get 4 million views.

as long as it gets me out of the game when the quest is done, that’s fine.

Best thing I’ve found is just knock out the quest and die asap. Staying in can net you a bit more rep but you’re just wasting time…unless you actually enjoy this new mode. Some times I try to win, others I just get in and out as fast as possible. Already renown 6

I’ve heard there’s extra cosmetics for winning, but I haven’t won yet, so idk if it’s true or not. so sometimes I stay in to try to get a win, sometimes I just drop out
Running away and no engaging players, you can probably get 200-400 per game if you’re sneaky with where you land and when / how you engage mobs/chests.
I got 1st tonight and I think I had gotten 1067 plunder that match? I’m not particularly good, I just jumped #2 and #3 with caltrops and the axe smash while they were fire storming each other (lol…).
Don’t feel like you need 1st. Just get your 200-400 and cash in. That’s probably the quickest way.

If you get 500 a match. which you won’t. Just shy of 200 matches i think. Though i’m bad at math. so this may be horribly wrong.
Just set a goal of like 4-5k a night. That’s prob 2hr worth? You’ll have most of the mog unlocked in 2 weeks.
Kill mobs, starting with the rares. Avoid the other players.
Firestorm is very good. The aoe root traps are very good. The shield is very good. Stealth is insane (surprise surprise). The bush item is next level amazing. So many late game matches chilling as a bush lol.

It’s looking to be an hour per renown level with my specific route. I will not be snitching on myself until I hit renown 40 for obvious reasons. I have hit Renown 6 tonight.

Sometimes I am not getting a quest objective. Is it a bug or intended?
Sometimes it works as normal and I get a “open 2 chests” or “kill 10 creatures” and other times there is nothing?
