Have played 10 AB’s today. All 10 we tried to cap but get spawn camped because we got stomped by Horde premades. So we can’t win and 8 games we didn’t even get 1 HK.
So now we might get banned because the devs will probably think we are “throwing” even though we tried to cap and are just spawn camped to the point we just don’t rez.
Might be just best to buff AV so we can go there an actually have a chance to win than face endless Horde Premades.
What about the alliance Reddit teams 5 capping horde ?
Why can they win but you can’t get “one HK”?
Because we aren’t premades and half the people in the group are below Rank 5.
We go cap ST and LM or Mine then usually get so destroyed we are spawn camped at Trollbane Hall.

Why do you subject yourself to conditioning you know you can fix?
They can’t ethically ban you for playing poorly. As long is you’re not encouraging people to throw the game or worse yet reporting them for not doing so, then you can just pretend to play. That’s what most alliance were doing the latter half of yesterday. Grabbing farm and then poorly defending it and then single filing into wherever the horde death ball was, while the game five caps.
I’m not suggesting you should do this, just reporting back whats happening.
What they really need to do is just fix the problem. There have been plenty of solutions offered but they haven’t decided to use any of them.
Alliance has always been terrible in PvP outside of Rated BG’s. It’s why I’m currently leveling a horde Ele Shaman currently (1st Horde Character I’ve ever made in all of Classic). I don’t think you can fix the alliance mentality when you are facing horde premades 95% of the time and get stomped.
I’m encouraging them to try to win, not to throw.
Wouldn’t rated BGs imply coordination?
All the classic alliance teams were the ones who won all the tournaments afterall
I’m just saying Historically, outside of Rated BG’s, alliance has done terrible in BG’s.
I and most of the alliance players also prefer to solo/duo queue for BG’s compared to Horde which primarily premades. I personally never premade unless its for Rated PvP because I view premades as unfair.
Blizzard really just needs to bite the bullet and make a solo exclusive queue and an RBG queue.
I think they should just reinstate the separation of premades and solos.

From what I can gather, solo players don’t like to do this except if the BG in question happens to be the best HPH bg - as they were not solo playing AB for the last 3 phases. Now that it’s the best hph they solo play ab.
Well there is no ladder system in classic, so “unfair” doesn’t actually matter

Because solo players only play the highest hph bg. And the only reason they want them removed is to lose less.
Solo players lost AV all of p4 and didn’t complain, because it was the best hph.
Then maybe have AV mark turn ins give 7.5k honor? Or 5k at min?

“If I can’t have premades removed make av the best hph” isn’t that the same exact thing?
It’s all about losing less or making losing better, and alliance hph primarily came from av losses.
I think it’s time to promote winning BGs as the meta do you have any objections?
It’s not going to happen because so many alliance players are content with losing so long as they get marks. It infuriates me and that’s why I’m rerolling horde.
I still want to get R14 on my human rogue though and its going to be a pain to do so.
At Least in AV you actually see PvP happening unlike currently.
Well that’s because losing doesn’t matter so in my eyes fairness doesn’t either. Why demand “fairness” when it doesn’t matter and losing is good?

If anyone gets bans it’ll be the people hurling abuse at their teammates for daring to try to cap flags at the start of each match, or people who were actively recruiting for ‘quick loss premades’ in trade/LFG/general chat last week.
They’re not going to ban anyone for just being losers lol.
EDIT: Personally, I had plenty of 50+ HK games today while solo queueing AB. Did I win any of them? One lol. Did I make nearly as much honor as the Horde in the same amount of time? Nope. But eh, still way easier honor than 2019 Classic grinding was.
Compared to half of Alliance players AFK’ing at Trollbane Hall or rushing BS/Farm and refusing to rez AV has more PvP going on.
Least I can be on my rogue and kill greenskin healers as they rez in the field of strife.

Why does fairness matter if losing doesn’t matter?
Because if it’s solo queue versus solo queue I think Alliance would have a far better chance at winning and the hordes 95% win rate may go down to 75%.
