So how exactly is GDKP banned?

no chance someone farming gold legit could ever out bid people in raid who are buying gold.

If only gear mattered. There are people who are fully geared who are trash players with grey parses somehow.

Still waiting for those screen shots that RMT advertisements are appearing in chat channels on Nightslayer, liar.

Please refer to my thread where your own fan boys said they also saw them.

So no proof at all? I thought so. It’s not happening and you’re a lying weirdo who fantasizes about my body parts.

You got your proof already Light switch, it’s in the thread I made, you even posted in it and got rekt.

You won’t, it isn’t happening.

If they got fully geared with grey parses the whole way, do parses matter at all?

If they got fully geared with grey parses the whole way, did they do it in a guild that let them continue to gray parse, or did they buy their gear?

Is this hypothetical of a person you’re talking about with all BIS gear but still getting grey parses actually real? Or is it a massive hyperbole to the point of being a lie?

Also, ironically gear doesn’t really matter that much in terms of parsing, the vast majority of your parse is determined by how many world buffs you get and how many world buffs everyone else in your raid gets.

If you have no world buffs your parses will be bad compared to those with world buffs, even if they’re trash, even if they have worse gear, world buffs will make their parses better than yours.

^ Which again begs the question, do parses matter at all if it’s essentially all dependent on buffs?

Conversely if you have BIS gear and full world buffs, but the entire rest of your raid doesn’t have any world buffs and doesn’t have BIS gear, your parses will still be worse just from increased kill time and having to deal with more boss mechanics throughout the fight.

Again, maybe parses don’t really matter at all, and aren’t an indicator of player skill like some people like to pretend they are.

It is happening, you think everyone in my thread was lying lmfao?

GDKP is the best loot system. A regular DKP System doesn’t work. And random loot rolls are Bullshiznit. Why don’t we just start having quest rewards as random rolls as well.

For GDKP. You don’t have the gold. You raid and earn gold until you do. Stuff won’t go for as high as it has in the past. That is great because the way the ban bots and handle new accounts is great.

I honestly have played these games since EverQuest. A lot of the original developers came from Fires of Heaven in EQ. Furor and his videos on strats were great.

I’m honestly leaning towards putting together a GDKP anyways. Blizzard wants to ban my account. Then they will just be pushing me and others like me to other games. As it stands they have a limited player base that shrinks yearly. For those that do-not want GDKP. That’s great. Don’t do those raids, it’s that simple. Don’t screw over the people that do want it. I’d rather farm all my gold by hand and use it on drops than the randomness of a Roll /100.
Most of your player base is in midlife and later. You can ban us, it’s ok life goes on, but as I get older, the term put your money where your mouth is applies. You’re just going to drive away a part of your income. How do you want to explain that to your shareholders? At the end of the day Corporations make decisions based on money.

I am curious of why actually is this the way you feel.

And typical loot drama does not? I can’t think of a single time in original vanilla wow where gold dkp was a thing, but I can certainly confirm loot drama was massive back then. Loot drama is immersion breaking, but really so is loot distribution.

Actually now that I think about it, unless you are on a RP server then immersion is going to be broken frequently because of general chat.

I doubt you will answer my questions, and trust me it doesn’t matter because this has zero impact on me.

If you level alts I could see this as very useful a tool. Also could buy you lots of crafting materials to make your own production of consumables for raid and battleground.

If you are a into pushing every possible faction to exalted also could be very useful.

Perhaps your perspective is myopic?

Gear itself does not matter. The fact of whether or not you can play your character is the only thing that matters.

If they have grey parses they are a bad player.

Gear does matter. If I have full world buffs and better gear than you when you also have full world buffs there is a higher chance that I will parse higher than you.

This is a problem created by Blizzard by keeping world buffs in the game. This requires anyone who is even thinking of parsing to have them

I don’t partake in raids with the intention to parse if the other people in the raid aren’t looking to do the same thing.

In some cases you could say that parses dont matter, but for the most part they do and are a good tool to analyze a players gameplay.
