the wowhead article is pretty barren and i didnt play bfa but iirc there werent any pvp vendors so im guessing buying it with marks of honor is a no go?
Go to the pvp building in Boralas. If it is available, it will be on a vendor there for those tokens (name escapes me). Probably for close to 100 for the set
