This is totally rng and depends a lot on procs from azerite, enchantments and trinkets providing a truckload of mastery (also the crit chance, that’s always low for resto druids -12-13%). You are trying to make it sounds like if every single time regrowth will heal for that much…
Sometimes my regrowth with SotF on a target with full hots will crit for 60-80k, sometimes it crits for 150K+. So is as random as the crap pieces of gear we get from pvp…
