My Zandalar engineering is 155 and there are no more recipes avilable, the one that’s yellow to me goes grey at 160 … the next recipes are 170 so I tried equipping the goggles that say “Increases your Engineering by 20” and the vendor dialog shows my skill is 175 but she (Jada) won’t sell me the 170 recipes.
How an I supposed to reach 170?
I think I crafted a bunch of Notorious weapons to get most of the way up there.
I don’t see any Notorious recipes for engineers on WOWHead’s 8.2 page, they only list recipes for Blacksmiths … I don’t PVP so have no idea about this kind of gear.
Below the list of New Recipes is a section about Notorious Combatant’s with a collapsed subsection of those recipes.
Thanks for pointing them out, I talked to Jada and don’t recall her offering me any of those PVP recipes … I presume therefore they’re only available by doing PVP which I don’t do … sucks crafting progression demands you do content you detest. 
tell me about it, i want the motherlode mount and id prefer to pvp exclusively. get used to it.
