it should of never being removed , it had an extreme negative response from the community , its even worse that its not in the bmah unless you buy the unclaimed lootbox and thats not a realistic way of getting it , pretty simple bring it back on gold cap .

If they want to keep it as a significant gold sink and prevent inflation from trivializing the price, just keep doubling it every expansion, 5M originally, 10M now, 20 million next expansion and so on. They’ll need to raise the gold cap of course, but at least people will still have access.

As a proud owner of Longboi, i gotta say:
I don’t mind if people have another chance at him. It’s one of the most unique mounts ever (in terms that there’s no other brutosaur mount im aware of), and a lot of people don’t even have a chance at a recolor or anything at all.

TBH it shouldn’t be in the BMAH unless the price starts at 5mil gold.
I wasn’t aware they removed it though. I bought it when it first came out and then quit the game…I can see that in 3 years what was once a real achievement (5mil gold) isn’t so much now. I’ve seen countless people with the mount.
Looking at how gold just drops onto you in DF, I’d say that mount would need a 20mil price tag to meet the same level of gold sink it was before.
Here’s a funnier one: What would happen if they added the spectral swift tiger back as a store mount? I’d love to watch and see both forums and reddit burn.

Bruto is the only mount that shouldn’t return. It took effort to earn and adding back a global auction house for free for everyone would destabilize the economy. If it’s to come back, it needs to be the black market so it remains rare.
Or they could release more auction house mounts, I’m all for that.

Bots would be able to buy accounts with the bruto unlocked and x10 their farms by having instant access to the ah. AH bots would be able to hide their bots throughout the world because the ah would be available anywhere for them, making them near impossible to detect. The reason they can’t do this now is because they can’t get the bruto on a fresh account and if their account with a bruto is banned, they’ve lost permanent access to the global feature. There would be an overwhelming demand for accounts that have the bruto unlocked if we were able to get it from the trading post. Account sellers would buy hundreds of throwaway alts that would check the post each month and when the bruto shows up, they’d farm it out then sell the accounts. It wouldn’t be good for the economy.

The only reason I bought it is because they said they were going to remove it from the game, over and over.
That being said, I use it every day, and it is extremely useful to have.

I mean, they went back against that and added Tyrael’s back. As well as CE mounts like the MoP one.
