You get rewards? I’ve done 5 masks, 4 bosses, and I usually get nodda. Some times I get a pet, but that’s about it for my rewards.
Doesn’t seem that way. I’m already considering not doing them anymore. Too much stress to get the same crap over and over again.
There are no rings, trinkets or weapons in the HV loot table.
Just armor. No rings, no trinkets, no weapons.
Only reason I’m doing mask runs now is that its actually kinda fun pushing myself in a setting where if I lose nobody suffers except for me.

I gave up on visions really early due to the vessel grind… sorta glad i did.
As a tank, I can relate with that sentiment.
Once I got my Wrathion backpack, im never going into visions again.
I was bored last night, and went “ok, I did 1 mask on this toon (not my posting toon), lets go crazy, lets try a three mask.”
I failed … but ONLY because I got COCKY. I think I was on my way to spanking Rexxar.
Next pass, did a 2 mask without issue. May try a 3 mask later this week. I mean, I think I got to Rexxar with only a single orb used on the first 3 mask run. But I got cocky. And we know what follows arrogance!
Sure, I know some are doing five masks. I just stopped finding HVs fun, so once I got my rank 15, I pretty much stopped. Now … its boredom and curiosity on how far I can push the toon’s limits.
horrific visions are such a frustrating experience. it doesn’t help that stormwind alleria is just the absolute most toxic fight for melee they could have designed. I’m able to 5 mask org without using my free death and 5 mask stormwind is just an absolute terrible experience. It also doesn’t help that you have to farm currency just to be able to make attempts so it’s even more frustrating if you fail a run.
at this point I run them for echoes and momentos, the gear is always a downgrade for me
Yeah I’ve found org much easier than Stormwind by far.
It’s why I stopped doing Visions months ago. The rewards do not justify the effort, plain and simple.
No argument there. Boredom + Curiosity is the only reason I’m doing it now.
Maybe if I get the energy I’ll get all my alts up to rank 10 at least. I have a rank 12, a rank 15, the rest are like 7-8. Simply due to a lack of interest.
Trying to decide if I want to get the cloak on this character to 15 or not. I did it on my mains.
I think it’d depend on how much aggravation is involved. My Mage for example is the least likely to hit rank 15. Because no heals, no real damage mitigation, just raw damage. That’d make it an annoying attempt.
My Hunter? Psha. Just a matter of time to do it.
