Saying its worse than BfA is disingenuous. SL has a goal, a purpose and a clear story. BfA was a clusterfck of trying to figure out what was going on or where everything was headed. The systems were a failure on launch and the extra “content” was just a lazy offshoot. It was clear from the beta they had no idea what they were doing in the expansion and that trend continued throughout the whole ordeal.
