Depends on what you’re doing. For M+, for instance, I’d probably favor Reprisal outside of perhaps Tyrannical bosses with finnicky positioning.

That’s assuming, contrary to convention for most bonus procs (e.g. popping Signet-Reck atop regular Reck), that it doesn’t merely replace itself apart from its pandemic margin. Has anyone confirmed that you can stack duration indefinitely (or, at least, to 3x as per SotR)?
Of course. That’s how Shield Block and Bolster already work. It won’t stack past 18s except via Bolster though.

Does this mean I should be saving my Soul Ash for Reprisal? Which one do you think will be better?
