Why buff Fire and not Arcane or Frost?
Wait, does the legendary affect those specs too? It’s 3 specs lego isn’t it? Do those specs use this lego?
Its trash in PvP, middle of the pack in raid and declining in M+, people just havent noticed yet. The 9.0.5 nerf will kill them.

Not exactly sure I’d called MM or WW “middle of the pack specs” they are both 6-7th best performing classes.
WW is the 2nd best performing melee behind UH DK.
But yeah, changes are quite odd in general. Feels like specs like UH, Fire, Balance etc are just getting completely overlooked for no reason and then worse performing specs are receiving nerfs.

This is hilarious because fire mages decimate already. They really don’t need a buff. Please put some work into the assasin rogue instead so they are actually capable of assasinating someone please.

god I hated 8.3 because everything was about the fire damn mages and their busted combo for raiding… looks like it’s not changing.

In what universe are fire mages using DC? The class reviewers have already said the buff to DC means squat for fire mages.

It’s a 3% theoretical buff in ideal circumstances to a legendary that’s finnicky and overly niche even if used. Unlikely to actually be an effective increase for fire and people will still likely be using Incanter’s.
However that doesn’t excuse the spec receiving zero nerfs when it’s as dominant as it is, alongside convoke being nerfed in damage for resto and guardian of all things… Yet balance being left the same.
Be mad bliz aren’t tuning fire down or fixing problems with other specs, I’m mad too, but calling this an actual buff to fire is a stretch.

Fire mages. Arcane and Frost are pretty mid pack. Arcane is dead last in Heroic, lol

MM is totally middle of the pack in the raid and their S tier status in mythic is because of wild spirits.
WW slowly sinking in raid as people gear, because they do not scale well at all.
Nerfing those two and buffing mage might be the dumbest sheet I’ve heard from this game.

Again, oh ye who fall for click bait, none of the buffs to the Fire legendaries put them ahead of Fevered Incantation. It changes nothing.
I get that you all just wanna rage about something but save it for something factual and not some click bait from a guy posting on a level 25 mage he hasn’t even seleted his talents on.
