Who’s with me? It’s such a social aspect of the game. I love using it. I also love having to spend 1-2 hours per dungeon, despite there being an option to get the dungeon over with in 15-20 mins or less.
The best experience about Classic Wow? The LFG bulletin board and various addons to snipe a position in LFG.
Wanna know something ironic? 99% of the ‘social aspect’ of WoW is within guilds and discord now. LFD wouldn’t hinder that not one single bit. Myself and 4 guildies could group and queue for LFD and have ourselves a good old time and guess what, nothing changes.
and people do this in Retail, yet thats hounded on for having no social aspect.
Guilds arent what people mean when they want LFD and bringing it up is stupid
What about my alts? Not only are no groups going but I don’t have 4 guildies/friends within the level bracket of my alts ranging from level 20 to 65. So i’m forced to quest very slowly through content i’ve experienced many times over… I choose just not to play instead.
I can’t wait to press three buttons or so and wait in queue for 45 minutes as a dps and the group up with off server randoms only to have the tank or healer leave when they don’t get the drop they want from the 2nd boss. sending someone a whisper asking if they have room for me is so hard. so is typing /who in chat and messaging people. I hate grouping with people while questing and seeing them later and asking them if they want to do a dungeon with me, you know, since we quested and all. I hate recognizing names and remembering people and /waving and helping them when I see them again. this is how you sound op.
nah I like the groups being formed manually because people tend to be more committed to finishing the dungeon. we’ve had rfd in wow longer than no rfd. I’m neutral on the topic at the end of it day but I get the arguments against even tho that is NOT the real reason blizz didn’t include it.
