So are the Dracthyr going to have a bland orderhall base with The Six (or whatever) as the companions to do mission table stuff, which can be used in the future for all other new classes.

Evokers aren’t going to have an Order Hall, so they probably just get instant access to Argus and any zone questlines that normally are started in Order Halls, and don’t get access to any quests centered on Artifact appearances like Balance of Power.
They’re not going to backtrack and incorporate them into old expansion content. They’ll make it work so they can do legion quests, but that is likely all. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s nothing more than a scouting board with all the breadcrumb quests.
Evoker starts at 58, they don’t really have a big reason to go back there.

They’re not getting anything from Legion, BfA, or SL because they didn’t exist during them, and it would be too much work designing content for them based on expansions that are no longer relevant and tried to make every class feel more unique, compared to something like giving DKs, monks, and DHs generic armors as tier sets. I thought this was explained pretty well in the last thread:
Legion content on a Dracthyr is in a wonky state - I just picked up the first Quest for the Moroes Follower, but it requires the Player to complete two Table Missions. Dracthyr don’t get a Mission Table, so… the Quest cannot be progressed.
