Because the option to submit bugs in game is GONE.

I think its being missed because its been changed from how it used to be. The current way after following the instructions below seem like a quick and generic solution to when it did go missing. At least its something, thanks
I’m not certain how folks keep missing the option. I posted in another thread recently with pictures. Maybe that will help.
Click on the Red Question Mark which brings up the following, you should be able to click on the Support button:
That brings up the following Browser in-game, which has the option that says -Submit feedback or bug report:
Clicking that gives you the following page:
Filling in the details of your bug and clicking the submit option provides this page:
You can still report a bug, or suggestion, but be prepared to speak grunt. You only get 500 characters… For a bug that might be sufficient, but for feedback it truly isn’t.
That is why there are two methods of submitting feedback. You can use the in-game form OR make a post on the Community Forums. Use the forum most related to the topic such as placing PvP feedback in a PvP forum. Those forums are reviewed by the Community Managers who are tasked with providing feedback to the Developers.
This is outlined here where the support article states the forums are the first option, followed by the in-game form.
In addition to what Mirasol said, our Community Team looks for feedback in a lot of places that our players are discussing the game. So they’ll look at Reddit, Wowhead and other popular forums and mediums, not just the in-game option and our forums.
