This company earns so much every year that can hire more workers and pay double for current ones.
Yet for unknown reasons they keep firing people, closing offices and CAN NOT KEEP GAME RUNNING WITHOUT BUG’S.
It’s actually disgusting. Well, i knew this before. Just remembered why i want to play less this game, since they treat humans like an animals.

Just because you don’t understand what he does doesn’t mean the CEO does nothing.
Not for unknown reasons. Companies exist to make money. They will cut costs where they can in order to make more money. This includes where personel are concerned.
The employees knew what they were getting into when they applied/started working there. I’d be all for them getting a raise, just as I’d be all for getting a raise myself, but they put themselves in the position they are in, not the company they work for.
People do understand that the people skipping meals or not having families are the unskilled workers and that the issue is more about CA’s massive cost of living? The average home in Irvine, CA is almost $1,000,000.
Isn’t it a shame that, in modern day capitalism, the only strategy you can implement to get a fair share of the pie at any large company… is to run it?
And you wonder why the kids these days are all about crashing the stock market deliberately just to watch it burn with a smile on their faces…
This sort of treatment of employees is all too common in the video game industry. It’s what killed any desire I might have had to get into it as a software engineer.
The reality is also that nothing is going to change as long as people keep supporting developers that do this.
Which I might note that includes every single one of us, as we all have paid subs to WoW. Even the people who think “well I’m not giving money directly to them, I pay for my sub in gold” are supporting them given that Blizzard is still profiting off your subscription.
