Not only they look awful but features arent even working properly, the Search Button is invisible, and i just had the New Topic and Notifications disappear on me.

It’s such an eye sore. I’m convinced they put those posts up the top to convince us they do actually respond in the forums.

If I recall properly, the forum design isn’t done by Blizz, they outsourced it to someone. Somebody here can probably say who that is.
I’m guessing whoever it is has to do stuff now and then to keep their contract live and Blizz/Microsoft just tick off on it as a way to show they are doing something.

I have mobile, but I am not on mobile, so the forum looks pretty much the same to me except the invisible search box.
Like I said previously, It’s probably more about the programming language than the appearance and I am pro making stuff more secure.
Caz they stuffed around with them when they worked fine, broke it and now dont know how to fix it or just csnt be screwed to fix it
they do that from time to time. change things for the worse seemingly just to change things. it’s like someone is trying to justify their job lol

I haven’t been able to log in and post on my desktop since this revamp. It says I don’t have any characters over level 10.
At first it said I couldn’t post until November 2023…. Which was more than a year ago…But that cleared up. Now it just says I don’t have any characters over level 10.
At least on mobile it seems to be functional, for me.
I logged off from the forum and I couldn’t post again, the site says I don’t have a subscription
I don’t really see a difference other than that you have to hit / now to access search.
Either way, people will get used to it and in a few weeks won’t even remember that things changed.
Discourse updates are Discourse, not Blizz.
I just wish they’d stop calling them “forums” - they haven’t been forums since the dislike button was removed. Eh - what ever… I guess it makes it easier for them to close their eyes and pretend.
