So... Can we get a Timer or something in game for when the Siege of Dragonkeep starts?

Cuz trying to guess when it starts for alts isn’t fun. Especially not when a weekly requires it.

Dragonbane Keep.

In-game timer would be better.

Shame that we need alternate websites to do something as simple as this.

Thank you, though.

It’s up every two hours on the hour. How much more info do you need?

I think there may be an addon, buy yeah would be nice to have something that covered all the world events without having to rely on third parties.

Ingame timer to tell us when it’s going to be available? It’s better then knowing this “it’s up every two hours on the hour (every odd or even hour?)” when i can see that information is up on my screen at the top, saying “45 minutes left until dragonkeep starts”. Like how certain world events do with this timer on the screen.

You don’t,

00:00
02:00
04:00
06:00
08:00
10:00
12:00
14:00
16:00
18:00
20:00
22:00

Every even hour. Boom, no timer needed.

Edit: I’m dumb

Is that EST, CST, MST, or what?

But why not though? What’s the real reason not wanting a timer here?

What’s the downside here? :man_shrugging:

The clock is the timer.

It’s an unnecessary feature.

Search weakauras for dragonflight timers.

No, a clock is a clock, last time i check.

You think it’s an unnecessary feature. For many others, it’s necessary. Considering a lot of people are relying on thrid party websites to get this information, so why can’t it be actually part of the game as a timer then?

Do you need a timer to let you know when raids reset? Do you need a timer to let you know when it’s time to open the vault?

No, because you know when the time for it is.

Learn the time for siege, and the timer is not needed.

…Why you’re speaking like this could be a bad thing? If you’re worried about not disabling it, then sure, it should come with the ability to disable it.

Other then that, i literally don’t see any downsides for including this.

Explain to me why i have to go out of my way to a thrid party website, or go download an addon for knowing something that honestly, should be part of the game?..

You don’t.

Learn that it happens every even hour, on the hour.

Then you don’t need a timer.

The soup horn is always there with its status, the hunt horn is always there with status, no reason Dragonkeep can’t have a horn showing how much time is left.

If you’re just going to keep going in circles like this by saying “Learn this”, then i don’t think you have actual downside to share with this suggestion here, given how much you’ve avoided that.

So much this.

But for some reason, Dragonman keeps implying there’s a downside to this, and saying “i have to learn it” but never actually give a downside here other then their subjective opinion.

Or actually asks “why i need to go to a thrid party site or download an addon to know about this?”

def +1.

would love an in-game timer as well :100:

WOWhead has the timers…

next one is in 58 minutes

The downside is that it’s not needed. Just learn that it happens on a regular schedule, and then learn the schedule.
