Yeah so, I’m over 2200cr in SS on beta on my rogue and what you’ll see in the image linked below is pretty consistent with what I get in my lobbies. As you can see, there are 5 hero talents shown in that image for a grand total of 0.8% of my damage, of which a single one was half. So, buffs please?

Just so you know, the actual thing Blizzard heard was that you think they should nerf Recouperator again and make our stuns last 2 seconds less.
Good news is that the borrowed power doesn’t impact Rogue kit that much. Bad news is the current base kit for Rogues needs a tune up some more.
The rogue devs are so comically bad at their jobs its actually incredible
