So Blizzard why only 2 Rune slots this phase?

Ok Maybe it’s just me but I was really hoping it was going to be 3 Slots for phase because by the time we hit 60 That would give us a grand total of 10/14 Slots.

I mean it just feels Depending on your class not necessarily disappointing but it just feels like We need that third slot to really make the things that they’re giving a fit together you know.

For example the holy shock If support they’re giving paladins Feels like it’s missing a couple things And i’m not saying one more rune Slot would make it perfect but I think it would definitely help you know.

I don’t know, I’m just curious. Are you all happy with just 2 or do you wish it was 3 ? Personally I think 3 is perfect Per phase.

If it was 1 I would have been a bit upset but 2 is fine to me.

Remember, they are trying to stretch things out. Phase 3 is 40-50 so we’ll prob get another 2 runes then.

Then Phase 4 50-60 who knows.

I don’t mind the 2 rune slots, I am just a bit bummed that Shadow Priests only go 2 runes this phase while Healing got 4. I know there are more healing trees than DPS for priests but the healing runes are interchangeable depending on your playstyle.

Shadow on the other hand gets forced to use Mind Spike, which is retail’s least popular ability for SPriests. They should have given more runes to class/specs that
can fulfil multiple roles.

I mean I guess but I guess the way I see it is
1 25 Chest Gloves Legs
2 40 Boots belt bracers
3 50 Helm shoulder Back
4 60 Neck Ring Weapon/Trinket

So at 60 We would have had a grand total of 10 I just kind of feel like 2 is a little bit too small You know it feels like 6 runes For each class are just a little bit disappointing.

Well Shadow Priests also got Shadowfiend as a free ability.

That’s just a general Priest buff, not Shadow specific though

I don’t think Blizz wants to have too many Runes in play.

It makes things harder to balance, so I understand if they wanted to slow it down.

Yeah, I suppose.

I’m waiting for people to find the Spirit of Redemption Rune so my Holy Priest can go Angel Mode.

I mean you say that but Warriors are still on top It may not be by the same amount of damage but.

Call me crazy but I was kind of hoping the meadow would have been a little bit closer to what wrath was.

Where you know the top 2 dps Weren’t doing you know 20% More dps than literally everybody else.

As far as balance ok I say this as somebody that has literally played this game Almost 20 yers The closest we ever had to almost very good balance.

Ironically was mop Every other expansion there was always these really big outliers And yester’s always a best oasis a meta but In mop Because everybody could do everything ironically enoughit was balanced.

Df Balance’s pretty good but mop Was just kind of better Just because everybody could do everything.

On top of that are we really going to pretend that classic was balanced really ? Because it wasn’t not even by a little.
