I see this a lot on the group finder now: “T8 NEED TANK”. Like that’s half the groups.
It’s almost like making tanking more annoying / harder created a (further) shortage of tanks.

Delves are very limited in their gear output.
They’re good to supplement progression, but not for gearing out quickly.

Personal experience t9 and below are soloable, for a hunter. I am sure i am not the only player and class that have done this.

All specs can do it. You just can’t zerg into every pack like its m+ on every spec.
Pull carefully, use your cc and various tricks.

I’ve done up to t7 so far on Warrior, Rogue, Evoker and Monk. I don’t have the gear for 8 but I don’t imagine it’s that much worse. These were all as DPS, not tank.
I look forward to conquering it on everything some day! (solo). That’s one of my main goals this expansion, play classes I’ve never touched, and solo at least T8, preferably above, as as many as I can… I have a long way to go.

the only reason i play 2 “tank” classes a dh and a blood dk so i can solo t8s, afterall its my end game

What specs can’t? Legit question. Maybe healers will have a little trouble, but as long as your smart about it and DPS can make it through.

Nah very spec can solo them now.
This is much.
People have gotten so used to the holy trinity so getting them outside of their comfort zone is no bueno.
You can duo with another DPS and still prevail but your average WoW player doesn’t like popping defensives so they want a tank to avoid any personal responsibilities in order to survive.

what 2 abilities should you have your brann set on dps if you are playing a healer? (I have a healer spec on a character and just wondering)
The ironic thing is that you only ‘need’ a tank when a tank is present. Mobs hit a lot harder when you’re running delves with a tank. And maybe with a healer? But yeah, I definitely notice the difference when I’m catching stray casts while doing delves with a tank buddy compared to when I’m solo. Especially when they charge in and start rounding up half the instance at once.
