So are we supposed to have a buff for the collectors bounty?

Cause i see there is a buff for it. But i myself do not have it on any character, and that’s starting to make me think ive run all these dungeons and instances for absolutely nothing this week.

Yes, there is supposed to be a permanent buff on your character, similar to say the weekly bonus event (like Timewalking)

Just googled it, theres an official support article about this. It is just a display issue.
