So, I’m a mythic raider who plans to raid on mythic week. This requires me to do my mythic 0 world tour, and level professions and farm conduits, renoun, and legendary patterns.
For 3 out of the 4 days, I have not been able to play at all due to technical issues and queue times.
I should be able to log into my account and play my characters within 20 minutes. 120-280 minute queue times is crazy and unacceptable. I buy a 6 month sub, and I actually pay with real money, not farmed gold. Will I be given a month of free time back? Heck, I actually took off work this week, and majority of the time I sat looking at a black screen.
You make a product that I bought and currently pay for, yet I cannot use it. Real cool.

You must be new here. No, they won’t be giving you a refund. This happens every expansion on the massive servers. It’s a downside you have to live with in order to play on the most populated servers. It’s unfortunate Blizzard can’t figure it out, but it’s nothing new or unexpected at this point.
