This NPC has it and I am pretty sure there are more wearing them. I don’t think I have seen any high heels transmogs at all yet unless I am mistaken.

I think this has to do with certain groups who are against heels. Not going into details but it also runs when someone puts a skimpy armor thread up as well.
I think one of the other issues could be how the models use clothing or how it’s put on.
People have been asking for heels for a long time and some actual decent looking skirt options and corsets. I would love some knee-length skirts mid-thigh skirts and some heels and boot options as well Not the over-fat-looking boots that every blood elf plate wearer looks stupid in.
I really wanted the Corset Azhara was wearing it would have made me more willing to do the raid. But untill the company stops being so prudish and outdated do not expect to see these in game for characters any time soon.

The issue I see with heels is that they would need to add new animations to account for the character’s newly added height, or they could keep the character the same height, but visually make it look like the character is wearing heels by altering the leg models. The latter I’m hesitant about because it would mean your character’s legs actually look shorter.

I can’t think of any high heel shoes, a bit harder to make work as most armor is merely painted over our bodies and a few pieces since wrath have been placed over that reskin.
Maybe one day they’ll add it, probably for a cloth or leather set.

Demon Hunters in D3 have high heels. So Blizzard found a way to do it - how about WoW? Maybe the way characters are animated in WoW makes it hard to do.

Seriously, they have proven that they can make high heels in game so many of the venthyr NPCs have them. they need to make this available in game for players

I would only want such a thing if characters displaying them actually moved as if they were in high heels.

This honestly, WoW’s engine is VERY dated and what should have been one of Blizzard’s priorities was switching to a more up to date and modern engine ASAP. When I say WoW’s engine is dated, I mean it was ALREADY dated in 2004 when they first started using it… in 2022 it’s beyond a fossil. This is one major reason WoW simply cannot do what a lot of even the simplest MMOs do coming out in 2022 or even sometime before that.
There are many things that would make such a larger endeavor as changing the engine pay for itself mostly in the upgraded graphical and technical mechanical capabilities of the game that would honestly probably draw in more people (including the ability to probably have high heels and other more structured mogs?).

As a draenei you’re already walking around on the very tips of your toes. Your “heel” (the hock) is about where other peoples knee is.
Heels so high people think it’s a reverse knee and you want it higher.
