I mean why would someone not put it on eBay when they can make money on people willing to pay for virtual items ?
The better question you should be asking is, why wouldn’t they release the promo internationally by default on these typically internationally available items so that blizz can make more money for themselves, rather than for the scalpers?

Because its not that easy as flipping a switch , MtDew US has different marketing in other countries

It might be more complicated due to local regulations I guess. But one would think that their main US HQ could dictate policy to their international subsidiaries.
I’ll just wait until useless ground mounts end up on the Trading Post.

Oof, seems like you’ll need to buy a lot of boxes as well to get the mounts, and the flavors don’t seem that appealing to me at all.
The whole semi-bitter and citric acid combination really kind of makes the tastebuds die.
